Discovery, Cadbury Schweppes, Snapple, International Flavors & Fragrances, Colgate-Palmolive, Starter Athletics, and Philip Morris. Holds a Doctorate in Global Supply Chain Management and brings 13+ years faculty experience in procurement & leadership. Brings deep insight into how organizations evaluate value, risk, and long-term partnerships.

Partner and Chief Information Officer. Leads information technology strategy and execution across Source2One’s client engagements. Prior to joining Source2One, he held senior technology leadership roles, including Vice President of Global IT at Precipart, as well as leadership positions at organizations such as Fordham University, consistently delivering modernized technology environments and measurable business impact. Brings deep functional and operational expertise across diverse organizational settings and understands the modern technology ecosystem as a critical driver of scalability, performance, and enterprise value creation.
Roy Langley
Partner and Chief Growth Officer. Leader of Source2One’s client development and growth strategy. Roy is a client services executive with experience spanning both business development and delivery roles across commercial property & casualty insurance, boutique strategy consulting, and retained executive search. He is also the Founder & President of Pelagic Search, a retained executive search firm focused on operations and commercial leadership roles within private equity–backed companies. Over the course of his career, Roy has led and executed nearly 100 searches across a total of 28 mega-cap and middle-market private equity sponsors, with deep specialization in procurement, supply chain and go-to-market functions. Roy’s ethos is rooted in building long-term, trust-based relationships and human connection — a philosophy that shaped the creation of Pelagic Search and continues to drive Source2One’s growth and client partnerships.
